Shipping quote and payment policy
Physical delivery costs are confirmed for the actual destination before payment. We do not charge an estimated freight amount at checkout. Selected small accessories are an exception: they ship at the flat rate shown on the product page and are charged together with the item at checkout.
Digital item: no shipping charge; the displayed total is payable at checkout.
Physical item: submit the delivery address first; carrier, tax and duties are quoted before one payment. Small accessories with a published flat rate skip the quote and check out directly.
Mixed order: digital and physical items stay in one order; the final total is payable after the delivery quote is accepted.
Published quotes are valid for 72 hours. Inventory is initially reserved for 24 hours and, after quote acceptance, the payment window is 30 minutes.
The default term is DAP to the named destination. The recipient handles import clearance, duties and destination taxes unless the accepted quote explicitly states they are prepaid or included.
Before payment, eligible orders may be cancelled without a payment refund. After payment and before shipment, cancellation and refund require administrator review. After shipment, contact support for a case review.
